Revenues include the actual values of financial resources that were received by the state budget during the accounting period which in turn, consists of tax revenues, grants and other revenues.

Grants are divided into budget support and investment grants. Budget support grants are used to finance current budget payments, whereas investment grants are used to finance investment projects.
